What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us through the forms on this website. There are two of them:
- Free trial booking: your name, email address, phone number, the class and date you selected, and any notes you add (for example, injuries or experience level).
- Contact / enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, the subject you selected, and your message.
We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website, and we do not require you to create an account.
How we use it
- To confirm and schedule your free trial class.
- To reply to your questions and follow up about training.
- To send you a calendar invitation for a class you booked.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, for example which pages are most visited. This is collected in aggregate and helps us improve the website. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings at any time.
Videos on our Videos page are hosted by YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you click to play a video, and we use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode so you are not tracked simply by visiting the page. Our Contact page embeds a Google Map so you can find the academy.
Who else sees your information
Form submissions are emailed to the academy and to you, and are handled by our website hosting and email providers purely to deliver those messages. We may also disclose information if we are legally required to do so.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking emails only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our student records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. Just email contact@boranjj.com or call 714-751-7505 and we will take care of it.
Children's privacy
We offer classes for children, and forms about a child's participation should be completed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this website.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
